Social services organization

These ppl work hard within the limitations of our social safety networks to get more for those with very little. Don't go into the office expecting a miracle and you won't leave disappointed.

Wonderful staff at the detox and programming. This place saved my life on multiple occasions. Thankful for the work they do.

Courteous and helpful.

I have worked for 3 fostering agencies. This is by far the worst. They lack organization, administration, competence, common sense, and systemically they don't care about the kids in any way from what I can determine. They don't want to pay for quality homes or support foster parents or the kids needs. They move around kids and social workers like chess pieces (but without the strategy). The social workers are ok but they get moved and shuffled so often there is no way they get to know the foster families, birth families or kids enough to know what is in anyones best interest.(The one star is only because I have to select a star in order to post, the one start speaks too highly of them)

Visited my brother who lives there and was pleased with the upkeep of the grounds, housekeeping, and the PSW care

My kids donated here for camp, kids helping kids with back to school supplies. The experience was amazing.

Great place to get help on taxes and everything

Absolutely deplorable service. My case worker only sporadically returns a call and when reception is called you're placed interminably long on hold only to be told the mailbox is full". I'm grateful to live in a country where financial assistance is available for the disabled but it feels like this office goes out of their way to make the service as difficult and unpleasant as possible to access.
